Vision 21 Summer Enrichment Camp

Vision 21 Summer Enrichment Camp is dedicated to providing boys and girls ages 5-12 with educational and recreational summer programs in a safe and caring environment.

We endeavor to maintain educators and counselors who are positive role models and who are skilled and knowledgeable in the programs we provide. We are committed to meeting the needs of our youth. Your camper will be able to learn in a unique environment of kindness and respect. We nurture confidence building, active curiosity seeking, accountability and peer conflict resolution. Our camp provides campers with a friendly, safe, secure, and structured environment. Our camp is both comfortable and nurturing allowing for new friendships to develop and established ones to grow. We offer stimulating and engaging programs that includes a STEAM Curriculum, Summer Bridge activities, field trips, gardening, games, the arts, music, and physical fitness. Our hope is that your child will build a life time of memories during the time they spend with us.

STEAM Curriculum and Summer Bridge Program

Our STEAM Curriculum began in a collaboration with Durham County 4H in 2016. Through this partnership we offer robotics, energy power and wind, seed & soil, community unity, magic of electricity and much more. Each week’s lessons and activities are based around a central theme.

The Summer Bridge Program is designed to help prevent summer learning loss.  Many youth experience learning loss when they do not engage in educational activities during the summer. We provide fun and engaging activities that help youth maintain and grow their academic skills over the summer to prepare for the coming school year.

As we have opportunity, let us do good unto all people in need.
